Foods that you do not normally think of having at breakfast time may well best suit your diet at that time of day. It is time to forget about convention and eat the foods you like when you want to eat them.
Breakfast, the first meal of the day, is generally regarded as the most important meal of the day. It should also be the biggest meal of the day with lunch coming second and tea or supper being the lightest meal of the day.
Although this does not happen in many households, it is something you should think seriously about. One of the reasons for this is during the day, at least during your working life, you need to be eating enough to cover the calories you are going to be using when doing a full days work. This is more important if your employment means you carry out a lot of manual labor. This should be incorporated into your paleo breakfast ideas.

The way we eat is partly responsible for the obesity problems in the world today. The so called well fed western part of the world is leading this obesity problem.
It is time you changed your eating habits as well as your diet to improve your health by the greatest amount. So sit down and take a look at what you eat and when you eat it. Make breakfast the most important meal of the day.
Your paleo breakfast ideas should include the thoughts of breakfast being the main meal of the day. Before you say this is not possible try looking at what night shift workers eat. I used to have a main meal when I got up around 7pm. I would be at work for 9pm and then have a meal break at 1am where I would have a light cooked meal and a dessert. I would arrive hove at 6:30am and have some cereal or toast before going to bed. I felt a lot fitter during these periods and I am sure it was because of my eating habits. So try it and see if you can feel better this way.
